Rev. Zach Coffin is a trusted pastor, speaker, and executive coach dedicated to helping leaders navigate today’s most pressing cultural shifts. With over twenty years of experience, including serving as Director of Next Generation Ministries for The Wesleyan Church, Zach is now the Vice President of The Higher Ed Marketer and is currently planting a new church. He is a sought-after voice on the intersection of work/faith, Generative AI, and leadership, known for a "presence-driven" coaching style that combines a prioritization of dependence on the Holy Spirit with the practical clarity leaders need in today's complex world. Zach holds a Master’s in Pastoral Theology from Kingswood University and was honored with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by Indiana Wesleyan University.
