In this generation, two kingdoms are colliding: the kingdom of God and the systems of this world. As youth leaders, we’re called not to retreat, but to engage courageously. From the trauma of ICE raids to the cultural challenges facing Gen Z and Gen Alpha, we’re learning to navigate the tension of truth and grace, justice and mercy, presence and proclamation. God is on the move in this collision, and He’s raising up leaders who can help the next generation stand firm in their faith.

SPEAKERS

Keynote Speaker

Alex McElroy is an apologist, international speaker, TEDx speaker, leadership advisor, author of Blueprint for Bible Basics, President and Founder of Proof For The Truth Ministry, and formerly the Pastor of Education at New Life Covenant Southeast Church. Alex is now a founding Pastor at Engage Community Church. Alex has been serving in both youth and teaching ministries for over 20 years. Alex has also trained hundreds of teachers and ministers throughout the world to be well-equipped to deliver lessons on proper lifestyle, Biblical study, focused preparation, and Apologetics to maximize their effectiveness in and for the Kingdom of God. Alex has studied apologetics under the foremost apologists in the world and then graduated with honors with a Master’s in Christian Apologetics from Liberty University.

Beyond his role at church, he is also a dedicated husband to his supportive wife of 17 years and a loving father to two beautiful daughters who continue to inspire and push him to be a better man of God.

Worship Artist

Samantha Hill currently serves as a worship leader at a church in Kentucky and has been part of the Alliance family for the past six years. During that time, she has had the joy of worshiping alongside close friends in the Heart Room Worship Collective and collaborating in songwriting with fellow Alliance members. Samantha is passionate about creating music that is both authentic and life-giving, and she hopes the songs she writes and leads will encourage, unite, and bless the Alliance family and those beyond it.
