Keynote Speaker

Charles Amoh is one of the Directors for Alliance Youth and has spent the last 21 years walking with teenagers and youth workers as they figure out faith, life, and what it means to follow Jesus. He spent a couple of years in Chicago helping young adults live on mission in the city, and he’s all about creating spaces where students and leaders can have honest conversations, ask big questions, and draw closer to the heart of God. Charles is passionate about Soul Care, Justice, Cultural Competency, and helping youth leaders lead well. He believes that God meets us in hard conversations—and that’s where real growth happens. Charles is married to his amazing wife, Ruth, and together they’re raising two awesome kids, Patrick and Linden (who keep them humble and laughing).

Macho Lara has been immersed in ministry his entire life. Growing up as a pastor’s kid with a deep love for the local church, he has served as a preacher, teacher, and worship leader in diverse settings. His passion is seeing the gospel lived out in everyday life—embodied in community, expressed through justice and compassion, and rooted in the transforming love of Jesus. Eric is the co-founding pastor of The Table NYC, a diverse church shaped by hospitality and spiritual formation. He also serves bi-vocationally as a Lead IT Instructor at Year Up United, bridging faith, vocation, and holistic transformation.
