“THE LONG GAME”
Leading With Hope & Resilience
Ministry is more than what happens mid-week. It’s the faithful work of investing in a generation over time. And while the needs of young people continue to change, the call to walk alongside them with the hope of Jesus remains.
The Long Game is an invitation to step away from the urgency of ministry and rediscover what helps leaders last. Together, we’ll explore practical tools for building resilient ministries, developing healthy rhythms, investing deeply in the next generation, and leading with hope for what God is doing now and in the years ahead.
Whether you’re a pastor, ministry leader, or volunteer, bring your team and spend the day learning, connecting, and being encouraged by others who understand the joys and challenges of next-generation ministry.
You don’t have to carry the ministry alone, and you don’t have to have the future figured out. Come get equipped for the ministry in front of you and encouraged for the road ahead.
